2016 c450 / 2016 VW Jetta 1.8t / 2006 Wrangler X

C63 side skirt moulding

I'm asking for some c63 owner's advice. Is the black trim on the side skirts painted, or is it a raised trim peice that is applied to the standard sport skirts? I have mine vinyled right now but want to know how the factory does it. I've noticed the E63 and s63 have a raised peice, but I haven't seen a c63 up close.
...And does anyone have the part number if it is a moulding?

It's a separate plastic piece that fits over the existing side skirt. You can pop it right off.

You surely cannot pop it right off, as I had it done to have the parts painted. There are clips on the ends and double sided tape running the entire length of the part. It needs to be pried away the entire way. Slow process but it does come off..
