Currently, it looks like they made no effort and just slapped the wings on :/

I would have thought it would have had a fatter body.
Would be interesting to see the stats though... might have the new 550+hp engine like the GTC.

Still not a fan of either one... the only car I'd drive with one of these park bench wings would be a GT3.

It's actually comical to look at, that wing does not suit the shape and proportions of the new coupe at all. When I first saw this I thought that an owner with very "peculiar" taste had gone to town on modding their coupe

I hope Benz can somehow reduce the rear bumper to ground clearance as it makes the rear of the coupe stick out too much. To be honest, I would prefer to see a shorter overhang on the coupe but I think this will be impossible with this model series. It is really obvious on a non-AMG coupe from the rear quarter view.
It just came to me: the shape of the rear actually reminds me of a 1997 Ford Taurus!!!!!

There are now dozens of articles on it splashed over the web and all of the others reveal the plates unlike this one and they're "CC6310" also previously worn by a MB/AMG C204 C63 test mule.
Wheels and brakes look the same, but it definitely rides lower, sounds "meatier" and looks faster on that the vid compared to other C63S coupe vids on the ring, seems to definitely have an upgraded drive train and most probably a BS test vehicle as there's no confirmation of a C63R variant yet and that rear boot lid spoiler is definitely a BS type rear wing.
Really looking forward to seeing all this and other upgrades come through in the tail end of the model series run

doubt it
