C63 Sedan Questions

Help Sorting C63 Sedan Options
New to the forum and stumbled across this great information. I’m currently considering a 2017 C63 Sedan (standard non-S), which I think, is the best value in the entire C-class lineup. Still, I cannot option the car with every bell-and-whistle available. I was hoping someone could help answer some of the following questions.
1. It appears that the parking sensors (parking assist pkg.) are only available if you also select Premium Pkg. 3 (is this true?) – is it possible to configure the car with just the parking sensors (this essentially makes the parking assist pkg a $3,500 option!).
2. Rear back-up camera is standard so that helps with parking – does the PRE-SAFE/Collision Prevention or Attention assist (all standard) offer any help with parking the front of the car?
3. I travel to Stuttgart annually and would love to take European delivery; however, the sedans are manufactured in Alabama. Is it still possible to purchase a C63 Sedan via European delivery?
4. What do we know about Apple Carplay availability for late 2017 models?
5. Do you need to purchase the MB Star Service Prepaid Maintenance from the dealership where you purchased your car? I’ve read that it’s better to wait until the first 10K service if considering the 40K plan.
