ED1 arrived missing some things...need input

Hi all, car arrived from Houston today and once I get it detailed I will gladly post pics. Of course they didn't wash it prior to transport...

First, I was given 2 rear OEM AMG ED1 mats and 4 OEM rubber mats. Obviously not living in a snowy state, I want all 4 my OEM mats. However my sales guy is now MIA, presumably because he considers the deal done and he's got his commission. Won't stop me from blowing him up every day until I get these mats, the music cable I was told that was included with the car and also the keys are missing the AMG key fob badge which I'm told come on all new AMG's for the last few years. They also promised me an all black AMG license plate frame but apparently that was "not in stock" and had to be ordered. The rest I've yet to get an answer back on after 2 texts and a voicemail early this afternoon.

If I have to chase down these ED1 black with red front mats, would anyone know the PN or cost? I can't imagine they'd be cheap by any means.

I will post a separate pics thread once the car gets tint this weekend and gets detailed since they didn't bother to wash it and also made my shipper wait for 2 hours to "inspect my CLS and determine costs to return it back to stock." None of which I agreed to or was part of the deal. Sales guy told my shipped it'd be 15 min, turned into 2 hours with no communication to my shippers. They were threatening to leave without my car because of the poor service from Mercedes Benz Houston North and Travis Lewis if you'd like to give him a call yourself. Hopefully he will do the right thing and call me back tomorrow and own up to what was promised.

Otherwise, I absolutely love the car so far. I was surprised it rides every bit as hard or even harder than my CLS63 lowered on H&R springs on 20's!

Spot on. The box was underneath the floor although, in my case, the dealer had already put the AMG logo on the key.

Thanks guys but since the car is not new, none of those items are there. However, when I looked I did find the previous owners front plate! lol.

Is it me or are me quite a few people getting their custom ordered cars delivered with wrong options or missing items?

You are right on as cars are coming with no HUD -no Backup cam.--no folding mirrors--nor key backs. The dealers don't seem to know anything about delivery times and they should be keeping the customer aware of what is going on but seem clueless.

This was a used car and I was promised all these things by my sales guy. Of course he's now MIA and not responding to texts or calls once I received the car.

There is no music cable that I know of. The car has standard USB ports and an SD card slot for external music sources.

The AMG key fob backs are probably with previous owner...

It sounds like a bad case of a salesperson making promises they have no control over.

sorry to hear they are not living up to the deal. I can see that it's human nature to care less about a long distance deal but they should be beyond that. I get my new coupe from Mercedes North in a month.

If it was a used car, you should have gotten it in writing that the missing things were owed to you when you signed the paperwork? If not, you don't have a great case to argue, but stop by the dealership and talk to the GM, it might help.

Car was bought from 250 miles away and shipped to me. I did not see the car in person prior to buying it. I at least deserve the matching floor mats given they are unique to the car. Key fobs are a bit of an ask for the other hell they put me through not posted here.

This kind of gaff is really inexcusable for a salesman to not have the key back boxes at the delivery to show and install on the keys.
Salesman are not very informed and seem not to care in most cases so how do they get any loyalty for the next purchase?
They should go over and thru the car before the customer arrives so there are no surprises.
