Coupe is losing individual setting?

2017 Mercedes C63S Coupe
I just got my car back. Paper work reads as follows: Internal Fault PTSS Case #95139. Replaced Command Unit. Part number DVD-ROM 205-827-80-00 and Control Unit 205-900-86-30. So far so good not problems.

I went to my dealer, EuroMotors in Bethesda Maryland. I had printout of this thread and a video of it happening in my car.
My rep said they couldn't repeat the problem, and did nothing.
I sold the 2017 C63S and got an 2018 RS5 instead.

Mercedes dealership flashed newest software and it also reset on my infotainment. That was about 2 months ago and since then, it only forgot the settings once, and that was when I changed the setting as the car was starting. Since then, it has worked perfectly. It's almost been strange to put it in individual and not have to worry about it. I also showed the dealer a video. Prior to that, they had replaced both batteries without any improvement.
