Coupe is losing individual setting?
My C63S coupe has lost the individual setting about 5 times, anyone else have this? I will try to put the car into individual, but it doesn't let me go "up". If I turn the car off and then on again, I can go into individual, but the settings are lost, they return back to stock, and I have to redo them. Getting annoying. Anyone else have this problem?

This used to happen to my sedan all the time. Individual settings would be erased sometimes and other times I would not be able to access the individual settting. It went away. Can't pinpoint it to a service, it just stopped. No MidCity mods.

No but I have a little more info about it. Sometimes when I start the car, the screen stays black for about 10 seconds. During this time, some of the interior dash lights are not on and the green light on the eco button doesn't turn on either. When this happens, I can't get into individual mode. If the car is turned off / on again, I can get in but individual settings are erased. So it has something to do with some of the car electronics not being initiated correctly on some starts, no idea what the reason is though. My car will be fine for a couple of weeks and then do it everyday for a couple of days.

I have had one off incidents in my coupe which resolve themselves when shutdown and restarted.
radio device not found.
heads up not working.
mirrors don't fold out when I unlock the door.
had my car almost 3 months. I hope that's it they say all things come in 3

I just got my car back. Paper work reads as follows: Internal Fault PTSS Case #95139. Replaced Command Unit. Part number DVD-ROM 205-827-80-00 and Control Unit 205-900-86-30. So far so good not problems.

Individual settings
I have same issue with random loss of my Individual settings. Had service tech look at it. They were unable to duplicate it so they had no idea. Apparently, no one else locally has reported the same issue.
