c63s coupe edition 1
hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and AMG. I stopped by a dealer today to put in an order on the c63 coupe & was told that they don't take order on the c63 anymore. Is that true? they have an edition 1 c63 coupe sitting in the show room & i'm really liking it. I was wondering how much you guys pay for yours. The sales guy told me it's an amg and a limited model so about 1 or 2 percent discount. Is that a fair deal for the edition 1?

Ha not that hard to believe. I had my deposit refunded, 3 months ago all were sold. Having said that in the last 3 weeks. I have been contacted by 2 dealers that have had deals fall through. There is one in Edmonton available. I would pick it up, if I had not already have ordered mine,

Sorry misread OP.I had a deposit on an Edition 1. There was only 25 coming to Canada. Does anyone know how many went to the States? I think this # may influence the percentage off.

i'm not sure how many but I remembered someone saying it's limited to 1-2 edition 1 coupe per dealer.

The only thing I can think off is that they've hit capacity for the rest of the year and don't wait to over promise people cause they know they can't deliver?

I got a call from the sales man today saying that they might be able to take my orders in February. If not then I'll have to wait for the 2018 model year. He didn't explain why they're not taking orders for the standard coupe. I guess what Sanch said makes sense

Just keep in touch with a few dealerships... there are always people dropping orders, you can pick one up that way. Just let them know you're genuinely interested.
