Also, what the hell part time do you have in college to afford a W205 C63??

Good question --I would like to know that also

Too late to see the video and original description.

But gathering from some of the posts, it seems like one of the gripes was how the techs were talking about the owner/OP.

News for you buddy; everyone does that in every industry. If you could hear how surgeons talk about their patients during life threatening procedures, you'd swear they don't care about them either. I've got a surgeon friend who listens and raps to Tupac in the OR. Pretty sure the grandma he was helping a couple weeks ago would've had a heart attack if she knew that was the case.

I pay far less attention to what people say vs. what they do.

Takes money from the mom and the dad part time. It pays!

He's not the first, and probably not the last person to come onto these boards that will claim he pays for a car/insurance/gas for a car that costs 100k by himself as a college student.

The dealers DMS does allow for notes/flags to come up about customers like this and trust me they used it. Find another dealer buddy. Hopefully MBUSA didn't flag you as well in their system. Techs will always talk about people sorry it hurt your feelings.

Thanks for answering my question. Kind of what I expected, as MB seems to have everything else tracked in their maintenance system. What some people don't seem to fully grasp is that almost all companies rate / review customers in the same way we rate the companies we do business with. That in turn reflects on the quality of service received or whether certain customers even get service at all.
