My C63S is SLOW. I wanna TUNE it.

I just took an extensive test drive with the car (several hours-I know the GM) and the car is literally neck and neck with my tuned M4 (circa 480 whp) with the M4 probably nudging it out due to the slight increase in peak hp and the better more efficient tranny. These cars trap around 120 to 121mph (adjusted) which is better than a stock F8X M car. After 9 AMGs- this will be my 10th soon enough. Yes Ill tune it but that's because I want even more speed but the car in OEM format is fast enough.
You can have the fastest car in the world but if you don't actually press the car it will be just as fast as an Altima.

By the way, do you think dealership actually tamper with mileage on test driven cars before they sell them? My dealer gave me a loaner car while they get my rear camera installed. It was a C300 with only 20 miles on with factory stickers on the windows, interior mat fully padded with cardboard. I put 120 miles on it traveling to and back from San Francisco. I wonder how they are gonna sell that car without adjusting the mileage.

Why would it be hard to sell? Its untitled and MBFS allows a certain amount of miles on a loaner car to lease anyways. Even if its titled, the loaner cars are heavily subsidized by the factory so the deal steals them and just retails them out vs a lease. They usually use the cars as loaners up to 5k and then buy them at a huge discount.
I serious doubt a dealer would tamper with an ODO--- way too much risk.
1: How much did you spend on each upgrade? and
2: How much does your tune and upgrades affect fuel efficiency, and
3: How much boost to your original car?
Thanks!
Btw, the Henessey Venom GT is the fastest production car of them all. And the koenigsegg One:1 is the baddest car out there.
So far I can see it takes approx. 10 -15% more fuel after tune in normal driving plus revving it.
As I know stock is 1.2 bar boost.
