Squeak noise after Revvving engine
2017 C63s Coupe; anyone experience hearing a squeak after revving?? Just noticed on mine today.

You mean the turbos spooling? They do make some noise. What kind of squeak and where is it coming from?

Hmm weird. It must be a loose something rubbing together near the exhaust because that's a weird noise to have.

The flaps have to be lubed a bit.

I often hear the same squeak. Blip the throttle in Park and when the rpms start to drop their is this little squeak. C63S has about 1500 miles, and always did it. Sounds like an exhaust flap actuation, would be my guess.

08 Lexus 450h / 2012 911s (991) / 2016 TRD Pro 4runner/2017 C63s coupe Edition 1
I have same problem, took it in to dealer they replaced a part and the noise was gone, about 3 weeks later the noise came back keep in mind its not my daily driver!!!! and she's back at the shop ( I was told the flap is the issue first time)
The part that got replaced was $3800 and i believe it was the actuator....

Just noticed I have this issue as well. Has anyone had any long term success in repairing it? TBH I can live with it since I would only notice it revving at idle, but wondering if it may be a sign of worse problems in the future.

Its the rear flaps. I noticed it after not using the car for a while and the exhaust was not up to temp. it goes away after that. just open and close the flaps a couple times and let the exhaust get to temp.
