Black chrome emblems/badges.
I painted these on the weekend. I think they turned out really good. The guy doing my tint today actually thought it came that way. I am going to do the door handles next weekend.

I use my phone to scan the forums. It seems that I can never see the pictures posted well. They are visible and when I click them, they come up. However, the quality is so poor that I can't see anything well. Is it something that I'm doing or is this a problem for other? I would like to say that they look good, I just can't see them well enough

When you open the images in full view, they look quite ok... on a laptop... didn't try the phone.
And thanks for posting to the OP, I researched that product as soon as I saw the black chrome look. For now I put some dark vinyl in front on some chrome elements, but I look forward to painting the badges on the trunk!

I taped them of using painters tape, and covered the car with thin plastic, there is enough room that you can slide the tape behind the handles. Where the Chrome meets the colour there is a join line, so it is easy to follow that line with the tape . I used two layers of tape here. Before you remove the tape run your finger nail, or if you feel comfortable, a razor blade along the dividing join, to break the seal from the paint and clear coat, and pull the tape down and away. Clean the Chrome and then clean it again, put your time in the prep. I paid around $30 for the paint, tape and plastic. and did all my emblems/badges and door handles
