In previous cars I would tap the existing audio cables. You might be able to do the same and just run cables to a bigger aftermarket sub since the stock system has a dedicated sub (so no need to 'filter' out the highs) which is under the driver side (LHD) foot well (I believe)

Tons of great information here. He did a ton to the audio. Important to note that we do have factory subs and you can tap those from the back and use as the source for your amp. The Fix82 will help for sure, but I think it's more for if you're going to power ALL the speakers in the car.
I'm planning on running a single sub in the trunk put in the space on the driver's side. It'll have to be a custom fiberglass.

Yes that is what im trying to do tap into the original woofers thats what i did on my 14 audi a6 and it worked great unfortunatly i cant figure out what wire is what in the back of this car. All i see is what i think is the stock amp and connected to it is a blue cable that looks like it is fiber optics and a black plug with yellow and orange wires coming out of it.
