MY 2017 C63S Coupe Build... Tips? Recommendations?
Just received my best quote so far at $6300 less than MSRP so I'm planning to go to the dealership and order my C63S Coupe within the next few days.
My build consists of:
Selenite Grey Metallic
Red Pepper interior
AMG Night package
Black forged wheels
Carbon fiber trim
Ventilated front seats (so can't get the performance seats unfortunately
)
Premium 3 package
Head up display
Parking assist package
AMG Performance exhaust
All-season floor mats
Any recommendations or tips? Do you all think I'm receiving a good deal at $6300 off MSRP?
I know the wait is going to feel like forever as I'm excited already! Can't wait to join the Selenite grey club.

Sounds like a great deal. I got 4% off on my order and I spoke with multiple dealers.

I initially offered the dealer at 9% below MSRP (didn't have high hopes of getting this) and we ended up settling at a little above 7% off. The other dealers I contacted (8 dealers) ranged from $1000-5000 off.
Pretty surprised at $6300 but did not know if this was a good discount compared to what everyone else has been getting.

A good portion of us had early delivery cars ordered in the summer or earlier of 2016. Deals weren't nearly this good back then, but now the car is out. Hopefully others are getting deals like this now.

Lol that's good to hear! I've read a lot of complaints about the sedan (rattles, ride quality, etc) but not much about the coupe.
I set my appointment for tomorrow to put in my order! More excited than I should be.

Nice build, did you want to consider the carbon fiber exterior package where the mirror caps and rear spoiler are carbon... its a nice contrast to the standard paint colored rear trunk spoiler.
Oh I have no issues with my coupe either and its quite possibly my fave car to drive right now!!!

I like your decision not to do the carbon fiber package 2-mirrors & trunk spoiler, only good on a black car IMO to discretely break up the all painted black.......color matching trunk spiloiler the way to go on all other colors.
BUT-if you wanted to save a few $ because you want that additional carbon fiber, you could cut the premium 3 package, a bunch of "fluff" if not your daily and meant to be your 2nd car for pure driving joy.
Dont wrap the spoiler in CF later, you'll regret cheapening the appearance with a wrap/pretend wanna be carbon fiber, just spend the money up front. What's $1700+ when spending $90k? Don't cut corners!
