Octane Booster
So Hello there guys, i've never had the opportunity to post a thread, so now is the time; so i was just wondering if i could use Royal purple Max octane booster?
i've read something about MMT which could lead to some build-up; so is it a NO-NO or should i give a bash?
oh and we only have 95 octane petrol here in Morocco, no 98 ,nor Race Gas
Anyways thank you guys in advance

Too funny, my Mom is from Casablanca.
General consensus is to stay away from octane boosters as they dont do anything. If you have 95 Octane then you are a lucky guy because we only have 93 in the states.
Leave it alone..

93? Try our 91 in California. Consider both of you lucky!!
US octane is different from the rest of the world.. 87 US ~ 92 EU; 91 US ~ 95 EU; 93 US ~ 98 EU[/QUOTE
This is exactly correct as the US/Canada use AKI and Europe and others use RON and the diff is 4-6
Still I hate it that we in CA only get 91 AKI instead of 93 like the east.

So its a NO-NO, it will be left alone since it doesn't do ****. And our petrol is more of a spiced water than 95 octane
Morocco is a funny country nevertheless its beautiful; the weather is cool and the food is delicious
Anyways thank you guys for the help and cheers
I am in Tsawwassen, really happy our Chevron has kept the 94. There are a lot of nice cars in the area so I am sure Chevron has done their homework as to which stations/areas have demand. I know Richmonds Chevrons has it, and the Chevron on Cambie/Oak St area. They are around.
