C63 Sedan 2017/18 MY Changeover Date (ballpark)?
Any guesses when the MY18's will roll out? I'm considering a fairly basic C63 sedan (my MSRP build is "only" 69K). I'm reading online that Apple CarPlay will be offered - anything else? Any chance the 9-speed Speedshift MCT found in the E63 shows up in the C63/63s?

My 2017 was one of the first ones last year and I got it October. Generally end of September/early October. You can order a few months before that.
I doubt there will be any major changes like that. Most likely cosmetic and few other small things but there won't be a transmission change until the next generation comes. Maybe not even then.
