correct. car play is not avaialble if you have multimedia package. It is only available with the audio 20 head unit w/ or w/out burmeister upgrade.

Something doesn't make sense. The guy had a retrofit done on a 2018 C43 WITH Multimedia package (you can tell cause he has the touchpad).
