2020 AMG C63S Brilliant Blue
Produced in US or Europe?
Dealer let me know my car started production today. C63s sedan. He said all AMG C, GLC, GLE, GLS are now made in the US. I should see the car in 3 weeks. Can anyone confirm that they are made in the ole US of A? I'm more than excited if they are since that means I'll see my car sooner!

Whats your vin start with? If its a 1, 4, or 5 then point of origin or final point of assembly is the USA; W is Germany.

Just curious if all Mercs built in Germany have VIN numbers that start with a W?
By the same token... Do all USA builds begin with a 1,4 or 5?

A silly old fact/story but back in the day when Toyota had a blend of production on their Camrys (some with J for Japan, and 1 for USA); the Japanese builds were better in quality and performance from a mechanical breakdown perspective. If I had a friend or family member that wanted one; I always told them to find the J VINS
