HRE are expensive due to being forged and custom made for your car. Forged wheels are going to be the most expensive for sure. if you want a good looking wheel but not break the bank you can look at a Flow formed wheel. they are light, concave, and much easier on the wallet.
I had a set of Vorsteiner Flow forged wheels on my car in black for the past 1.5 years. Vividracing had them in stock and for about 2k shipped they were on my car in under 2 weeks. HRE also has A flow formed series and can finish in many of the same colors as the forged. With these most wheels have certain sizes and offsets for each style to you are limited on choices.
If you want to get a perfect fit look at a forged wheel. You can work with the salesman and tell them what you are looking for and figure out the look you want. companies like Velos, HRE, Corr are just some examples. HRE can go upwards of 10k depending on the style and finish. Check velos website and look at some of the finishes like the candy black. they are top notch.
I got the Vorsteiner VFF103 in 19 x 8.5 and 19x9.5 in mystic black. The front offset was a little weak and once I installed the KW kit it really made the front looked tucked.
I ordered a set of Velos S3 3 piece with a satin black finish. they are 20x9.5 and 20x10.5 I am not sure on the offsets but they fixed the issues I had with the tuck with no spacers and fill the wheel well perfectly.
Depends on what you want to spend but there are a number of options from KlassenID, Aristo Collection, and Velos that have been done on the C63 that look incredible.
