Command system not working?

If you have PE, then the power button is the volume rocker on the center console. Click the wheel down. If you don't have the PE, the power button is right under/below the volume rocker in the center console.
That's from my experience at least.

buddy I had the same issue last year. I was told that sometimes the system while starting up will freeze if there is anything connected to the ports (USB, electric socket etc..).
My salesman told me to unplug everything from the ports and leave the car overnight or at least for 5 hours if I'm not mistaken for everything to reset. ( if you notice, the settings for the exhaust, engine, suspension etc .. will stay the same even after you turn off the engine for at least 4 hours. afterwards, everything resets and even the command system).
I did it, and next morning everything was perfect ! it was the first and last time I face this issue. hope it helps
