Distronic/Cruise Control Problem!!

I turn it on and off a few times, lock / unlock a few times, eventually it will go away.
So everyone with this problem has a EC tune? I know of 5 now. Perhaps they can chime in?

its from the tune, so they changed it and flashed the car with the same flash 100%

It has to do with callibration.
It also might happen when driving on just cruise control if you don't have distronic.
Drive the car, it generates the error. Remove it from the logs (tuner has to do this) and then it never happens again.

more on this...master tech re coded the distronic software test drove it and works. Software issue glitch easily fixed. No the tune is not wiped out as they dont need to access the ECU just odb2 plug I believe. Car runs well.

Well...
So this also happens to me everytime I try and use cruise control. Has same error and all. However I have no tune, it’s a completely stock c63s. Took it to the dealership to have it fixed. They couldn’t find anything wrong nor an error/cel light in the memory. Drove off the lot, tried CC and happened again. Reason i took it in because I failed smog because I threw a cel ugh so I have no idea what to do
