I was also patient for over a year, and then the only response I got was an email every few months stating "Your order is complete". And this is from an order from Dec 2022. Had to initiate a CC chargeback. It's unfortunate, cuz I'd happily wait if the part was actually going to show up at some point...

I can appreciate that. Life happens. But when I get emails (after mult emails, PMs etc) that simply state "Your order is complete," it doesn't inspire confidence that I'm ever gonna get my order or my money. More info goes a long way to keep customers assured they aren't being ripped off.
