I’m calling bs. 14 months later his order is allegedly just now finished, only after he happened to chime in on the thread? You claimed you would be sending him a tracking number 8 days ago. Did you? Because the only thing he’s been getting from you is more excuses and more deflections.
As a business owner myself, I don’t see how you can treat your customers so poorly with such disregard. We ship orders all over the country, 99% of them are shipped the same or next business day. I can understand taking a month or two for custom products, maybe 3-4 months under rare circumstances but 14 months? Come on dude, it’s beyond absurd.
