Busted Wheel Saga
Punched a hole in one rear 20” black split spoke wheel last week and have the wheel and tire warranty. Replacement wheel and tire were authorized under warranty so all good right? Not so fast. Just got the call from MB they don’t have any of these wheels and no ETA for when they expect too. “Could be months”. Exact quote. WTF!

Then they need to change all 4 rims to the rims of your choosing. If they cannot honor the warranty they need to make it right

Tire/Wheel warranties are (nearly) pure profit margin. Matter of fact, can I sell you a protection package on that new TV you just bought?
