Can someone tell me what to do with my c63s?
Thanks for your time to view this post.
I bought my C63s Edition 1 at Mercedes Surrey, BC, Canada (I live in Calgary, AB) on July, 2015. after about one-year driving experience, I am started feel bad for this purchase.
I have took my car to my local dealership about 6 times in last two month to repair the same problem (all the sensors in the rear end did not work). And on last Sunday, my rear view camera did not work and I sent the car to the dealership on Monday morning for plan B service and repair the problem. On later that day, the services and repair were done, and before I drove back home, the engine light came on and the engine started shaking. That happened before I left the dealership.
BTW, My car does not have the edition 1 decal and there are some more small problems that the dealership can not figure out (like the weird sound coming from the B pillar etc. but I guess these are normal on a c63?). And someone registered the AMG private lounge using my car vin number.
I love this car but I don't know what going to happen next. Anyone have this kind of experience on their cars? What did you do about it? I have contacted Mercedes Benz Canada for these issues but they seem not really care about it.
I am thinking if they can replace a car for me or I can add more payment for another type car instead. Is that possible?
Hopefully someone can give me suggestions on this.
Thanks,
Donglin Xie

I have to wait and see what is actually happened to engine light today.

Did you buy the car brand new?
I would definitely complain and try to get out of that car ASAP... see if they can do something if you were to switch to a new car.

Ask your dealer about it, or maybe someone on the street wrote down your VIN from your windshield either way you should sort that out and don't let a stranger use your VIN for their purposes.
Initial releases of entirely new models are usually plagued with problems, hence if not leasing or only opting for temporary ownership best to hold off until tail end production units IMHO.
Hope you get it all sorted out one way or another, all the best with it.

I have change the profile of my private lounge so I lost that guys information. (Stupid action) but I don't really care about this.
The car is leased and right now I really want to buy another car instead keep lesasing this one. I am trying to get my down payment back (I have paid 45500 down. Another silly action) and add more payment for a used 507 (some how the old model attract me more than the new one) or a new GLE63s coupe tho.
I am so tired to spend my "summer time" to repair a car can only drive in summer.
Thanks
but the noise does not bother me at all, just tune up the music and done.
Well, I think it is common on C63 since the hard suspension system lol.
that was solved by tied up all the wires together, that's it

for me its not behind the display, its somewhere on the chrome strip between the center console and the right cluster (RPM)
I believe it's related to the rubber window/door seal rattling against the window or frame.

Next time do your research while leasing and never ever put so much money down on a LEASE unless you are purchasing or buying it outright.
