Yup... Did all the same stuff to my car except I did full hood and full fenders... Wish I did the A-Pillars too, though -- will probably get that done in the coming week... My detailer said the ceramic coating on the rims probably only lasts a few months though because of the heat and wear... He didn't even consider coating the calipers.
Yeah I expect it won’t last long. But I did it mainly for the deep clean of the wheels. The previous owner obviously wasn’t out there washing these things herself, so they were caked to the max. Now they’ll be easier to clean.
March would be great, I've never been to C&C but it'd be great to meet some AMG owners. Specifically have any of y'all tooled up for the computer diagnostics for a recent Mercedes?
I also don't have a C63, but can a E63 Wagon hang out with you guys? :P

Yes mine is debaged. I think I like it aesthetically, but I’ve already had a few C300’s think we have the same cars, not sure if I care for that. Doesn’t matter too much, I usually blow right past them.

Chris, were you driving an awesome black E63 wagon on south lamar? I might have seen you yesterday, was in the black c63s.
I guess they’re all located central or south, because I NEVER see C63’s OR E63’s around here (north Austin/cedar park)
I've only seen them central, unless COTA counts. A couple of weeks ago during morning commute I saw a 2014-2016 going Eastbound on Enfield and then a 2018 on Beecave.

So quick question...those of you who ordered new, did you get two keys with AMG logos on them, or only one with a logo and one without? Since mine was CPO, and missing a key, they ordered one for me and just picked it up after programming today. The new one does not have the AMG logo coin on the back like my original.
I’m not super particular BUT I do want to make sure I got whatever is expected to come with the car new, mainly concerned about when it’s time to sell it I like to have all the original items.
As I was pulling into the Shell on Westlake Dr and Redbud Trail I saw a new Selenite Grey (Magno?) E63S wagon pass by and gave him a wave. I think I've seen more new E63S's than C63S's around Austin lately!

You can find the AMG keyback for sale super cheap on ebay or amazon ... I had the same issue
