Is it really just a stick on emblem?

edit: I see, it replaces the whole back! before I buy it I want to know if both OEM keys are meant to have that from the factory though?

When I picked my car up in Sindelfingen, there were 2 AMG key backs in the trunk (under the mat cover if I remember correctly) in a small AMG branded silver metal box.

New, you are to have 2 keys and 2 AMG backs and they come in a square tin box and have to be put on unless the salesman did it for you.
