Answer is no as this is specifically for cars that do not have the PE exhaust (button) AND get their valved exhaust. From the manual, The Akrapovič Sound Kit should be used only with original Akrapovič exhaust systems."

First, I assume you mean button and not bottom...

wait what? C63S comes without exhaust button? You mean your car has no performance exhaust installed? Then you're probably cheated by your dealership, they could've put an "S" on a C63 then sell it at the price of C63S. Because all C63S comes with performance exhaust.

You mean you want to retrofit a button on the center console? I doubt it. But you should use a VIN checker to verify the model of your car, see if it's just a C63. There are many free online VIN checkers.
