You may get a slight scrub from the little black guard flare when reversing down sleep drive ways and turning before the cars flat or when have a full car and drive over a divot on the highway.
Neather of these two examples will score your tyre.
Search my threads ads for more info if required.
Hope this helps.

In searching your threads I see you tried Toyo initially (11.5" tread width) and then PS4's at 11.1". I think you said the PS4's sat flatter on the sidewall which makes sense with a slightly narrower tread width. Any besides those?

My original tyres were 265 Dunlop Super Sports, then swapped out for the same Dunlop 295/30's which I had no issues with, however, had a noticeable sidewalk budge.
When these wore wore out I upgraded to the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S's which I tell everyone about.
The side wall on these sit a lot flatter then the Dunlops and with the negative camber dialled out (tyres stand straighter bring top of the tyre out towards the guards) still no scrubbing issues.
Let me know now if you need any other info.
I think you will be happy with the change to Michelin PS4S's, the look
, stance
and the added traction
