AliExpress PSM style diffuser
I've been skeptical to order stuff from AliExpress, but i ordered a few things and the quality has been perfect. Sooo I thought to try out this diffuser https://www.aliexpress.com/item/W205...27424c4dsUQuxj It is pretty cheap so still waiting for it to arrive to review it but I'm hoping for something decent.

I'm honestly not sure about that. I won't say anymore about rw just yet. But many of their stuff they sell can be found on ebay. Mode carbon however, cannot find their diffuser, trunk lip, or grille trim replacement. 🤷*♂️

Ali Express is selling an exact same version of the Mode Carbon diffuser. Personally I think Mode's stuff is hilariously overpriced. Same goes for many other manufacturers (re-sellers) of CF stuff on these forums.

The resellers are really just another quality control that charges many times more than the normal cost. I think Mode Carbon makes some of their products in-house, but for RW I cant say the same.

Interested to see how it fits also.....I got the bootleg Renntech Spoiler and doesn't have the best fit; to much of a gap in the middle (But not sure if the original is the same way either)

I ordered one from RW and first one didn't fit, one side wouldn't stay down and had massive gap, they sent me another and same story.... Then said they'd just refund me as I had too high expectations on aftermarket parts lol what... Like I just wanted something that fit without looking like it'd fall off the car riding down the interstate... Is that too much expectations for my 80k car? Lmaooo

I think that's a perfect reason to order something like this from local seller. I too wanted to try some stuff from aliexpress, but I worry that all the BS you have to deal with since the shipping time is so long and seller is so far. If the fit was "questionable" from aliexpress, you might be stuck. With that said, I am not beyond impressed with RW Carbon's product either. In other words, local seller doesn't necessarily have better product, but at least you have someone that you can count on to deal with problems.
You are right about that. If the product doesn't fit its gonna be alot of work to get a refund or another unit.

Diffuser came in
The diffuser isn't that bad. The weave is distorted in many places but what can you expect from a cheap diffuser. There are also lots of hazy spots near the fins of the diffuser. What shocked me the most is that there was a hand-marked C63AMG stamp. My car is in service at the moment but will be installing it Thursday this week. will update on fitment as it is the most important part.

If anyone that has the actual PSM diffuser or the RW carbon diffuser please let us know how the quality of your diffuser. How does it compare to this $600 diffuser from China?

I learned my lesson from ebay bought a $70 dollar 2 piece front diffuser for my prius, it had a large distortion (an obvious line where the carbon folded) but it is not visible once installed, if it was visible, it would've been unacceptable or a score of 70 out of 100. The RW carbon front splitter, i have has very very minimal distortion, i would rate it a 90~95 out of 100. Its hard to tell from pictures, but what would you rate yours?

I would say right about 70. Most of the imperfections will be in the shadows. so not very noticeable and the part that is under the exhaust tips is decent. but I'm not someone who would buy a diffuser for $1,500. it's not worth that much money IMO. would rather spend that kinda money on important things like getting turbos. but for $600 this is a good deal.

From your pics it looks good enough, especially for a diffuser that's going to take a lot of hits from under the car debris/rocks etc. Let us know how the fitment is, I'm debating trying that MC version.
