How to smooth out Jerky downshifts in Auto/Drive Mode

How to smooth out Jerky downshifts in Auto/Drive Mode
Hey guys, anybody know how to smooth out jerky & abrupt downshifts in Auto/Drive mode.
I only get it when it downshifts from 4th to 3rd no other gears, all the rest are very smooth.
I've tried different tactics to make it re learn, but it seems to always default back to that hard brake like downshift between 4th & 3rd.
It also seems to do it more frequently at lower RPM's. Not so much when your driving it hard.
I have tried using the paddle at various RPM's for that downshift in Auto mode, but nothing seems to work!

oh ok then it’s up to date. Have you ever had a car with a dual clutch gear box? I had a similar sensation when I bought my 2016 AMG GTS but I’ve noticed that my C63S feels the same. But it wouldn’t hurt to take it for service to your dealer to have them look it over!
