Custom Heat Exchangers

I thought I’d post up some photos of my custom heat exchangers I had ARE Cooling fabricate after my factory units were heaven damaged and punctured by road debris.

Beautifully fabricated. Did they come up with a solotion for preventing further damange?

New cores are 5 times stronger then factory AMG units.

Here are a few photos of the factory heat exchangers once pulled out and their condition.

The rear of the outside ones are more damaged compared to the front side due to the tyres projecting the stones through the air vents inside the inner wheel guards...

Do you then lose performance? Because a beefier core means thicker "fins" which means heat will dissipate slower? Just trying to see if you will lose performance for durability.

The link he posted said they made the cores thicker to compensate for the thicker fins so that the performance is matched or better.
