In the picture that you have posted of the downpipes they are using the weak ball joint. It's a great price on the downpipes but if it is going to use that cheap connection that always leaks I would a be hesitant to buy it. I have tried them before and had to take them off because the leak constantly came back and was very annoying.

Confirmed with FI that they do use Ball Joint so fixed the listing. We have installed many of these at our shop with no issues at all. What brand and car did you have issues with?
