Not uncommon to see this where I live. Police don't give chase. Their recklessness will will kill them sooner or later (hopefully sooner and not anyone else.) I wonder if the person is still alive.

All it takes is one unexpected lane change from another driver. Really childish to get thrills that way.

Where do you guys live that people drive like this?
