Humming sound
I have a bad high pitch hum where the sunroof button is 2018 c63s coupe. 1,5 miles... can’t upload the video for some reason.

1) Have you tried touching the upper console/panel area to see if it stops? Like, if something is vibrating. Also, doesn't sound like it, but is the car running?
2) Does it go away when the light is off/door closed?
3) Is the car connected to a battery tender? If so, disconnect it and check again.

Honestly I would just take it to the dealer and let them diagnose it. It's kind of hard to troubleshoot if it occurs all the time.
I do recall an incident where a YouTuber named AutoVlog had a loose fuse compartment connection (I think) in his brand new C63 and it caused, among other things, a humming/whining noise from inside the engine compartment, even when the car was off. It also drained his battery, caused error messages, etc. It might be worth popping the hood to see if you hear anything out of the ordinary under there. You'll probably need to wait for the vehicle to cool down since it will run the fans for a short period even after turning off the engine.
It's probably not related to your issue but sometimes noises can travel and not necessarily originate from where you are expecting.
Here's the video for reference (the noise is around the 4:00 mark):
