BMC Drop in filters 2018 c63- worth it?

Anyone dropped a pair of these in. £115 for a pair delivers in the uk so decided to order them.

Any Increased induction noise? I’d doubt any noticeable pick up gain?

Or or have I just wasted £115!

No power gain. Probably no increased induction noise because it's still enclosed in the stock airbox.

Agree. My thoughts exactly so not worried. Be nice if they added some excitement to the party. We’ll see...

The OEM filter has more pleats and I saw a YouTube review that showed a similar style pleated filter flowed better than the cotton/oil K&N style.

So for me, if there's no proven power gain and a possible power loss, I'd rather not bother.
