W205 C63 2017 panoramic roof+rearview mirror rattles
Hi, there is a lot about rattles in C63, but not too much to do with cracking sunroof and rattles around center mirror.
Did you try to use something on the sunroof?

But i'm coming to the realization that there is no way to eliminate them all. So i'm learning to live with the minor ones that i cant identify.
Sucks cuz i got a E loaner for my last repair and it sounded like i was driving in the library... so peaceful lol

My gf has a C43 and they had to replace the entire headliner cause there was a loud "rattle". Turned out some clip or something was broke and the vibration would cause it to keep hitting something causing the noise. pain in the *** but they got it handled and fixed.

Had this same exact thing happen. First, they took apart the headliner and replaced some "loose screws". It was fixed at first and then happened all over again a few weeks later. We'll see how this next round holds up.

I still have warranty so probably will let them check it.
What is concerning me is weird noise from panorama roof, seems like rubber insulation is making it. Is there something to lubricate it to get rid of the noise?

Put some grease / lubricant all around, that should help

TI have the same issue with the panoramic roof. Pressing the ventilate button to tilt the roof up cures it, but as soon as it’s put back down it rattles.
I also thought it was coming from the rubber seal against the glass, and I’ve tried wiping the gasket with several lubricants, but it does nothing to help.
I cant pinpoint what the cause is, but if I reach up and grip my hand in/around the headliner where it curves up to the front of the opening for the glass roof and squeeze/pull it stops the noise. As soon as I let go, it resumes. Very frustrating.
