New 2019 c63 coupe sounds muffled

New c63 coupe with the particle filter sounding pretty muffled. That's not to say it doesn't sound nice as-is, but definitely weaker than the 2017 and 2018 predecessors. Regulations ruining exhaust noise? Would you sacrifice your 2017 and 2018 for some new tech features, 9-speed, and panamerica grill?

I’m sure you can remove the filters and it would sound the same as 2015+ C63’s. If the filters can’t be removed for some reason, although kind of a pricey option you can just change the exhaust.

C63 AMG S Coupe (Sept. 2017)
And I’m still trying to get behind the new grill. It just looks off on this car for some reason.

I've heard people say it sounds better.. I've heard people say it sounds worse... All i know is that it's an easy fix if you want it louder. In Mr. Amg's vid on Youtube it sounds amazing...Probably best review on the car to date. Also new grill looks 100 times better imo.

I ordered a 19' because of all the changes but mostly the trans, suspension changes like amg ride control from the gtr and dynamic engine mounts.. I was gonna get an m4 but with all the changes and the 19's ability to put power down better as a result sold me and turned me towards the amg.. Plus being in chicago I don't have too many nice twisty roads to throw down and use the m4's better handling capabilities.

19s will be an outstanding choice still. I think the new transmission will be the most noticeable driving improvement.
Sometimes I like the new grill and sometimes I don't.. I think it depends on the car color for me.
FYI previous models also have dynamic engine mounts.

What I want to know is where is that frigging exhaust particulate filter hiding!

I’m not seeing it in our standard equipment options. Seem like only an EU type of thing I’m hoping so.

The s Models have had dynamic engine mounts... The 2019 c63s has a new version according to an AMG engine builder I just chatted with.

I am certainly not a car expert so this question might sound silly, but would removing that filter void the warranty in any way? From reading around I do know tuning to a certain extent would be fine, so I am wondering if this would affect the warranty. My guess would be no. Thoughts? Thanks!
