Rattle Behind AC Vent
Hi All,
I wanted to reach out and see if anybody had a similar rattle or had any ideas of what it could be. I have attached a video of the rattle, but it's coming from behind my right dash air vent. It happens seemingly intermittently, and as soon as I turn on the A/C, it stops. I'm not sure if there is a flap that opens when I turn on my A/C or what. I've taken it to the dealership I bought it from multiple times, and they've never heard it, so they've told me they are no longer going after this rattle. I've been frustrated to no avail, let me know if anybody's got any ideas....

Could it be the actuator? They replaced a couple for mine, when the entire system is on Auto, it would switch where the air was blowing and cause major noises. If you were to take it off Auto and choose where air is blowing out manually, it stopped.
