Is a bumper off job, at least that's how I did mine.

On the coupe, it's a pretty involved task. Remove trunk lining, remove taillights, remove bumper.

Once the bumper is off you need to remove some rivets and clips to get the diffuser comes off.

Idk how different it is for the coupe but I was able to swap mine with the bumper on.

I had mine replaced at Eurocharged and they took the bumper off as well. Installation instructions on the manufacturers website ask to take the bumper off as well.

Get under the car and see if the 4 rivots are visible and acessable to drill out. If so, drill them out. Then use a plastic trim removal tool (two of them makes it easiest) to separate the diffuser from the bumper (it’s held in with clips) working from one side of the diffuser to the other with the trim tools. It should pop right out with a bit of pressure, but before you install the carbon diffuser, I would highly recommend removing the exhaust tips and painting them satin black. Looks 1000% better than chrome with the carbon surrounding it. You need to drill the tabs on the diffuser at the original location of the 4 rivots and replace them with new ones. Good Luck!
