Governed max speed on 2016 C63 S
Can anyone provide the documented maximum speed to which a 2016 C63 S is electronically governed when it's a Canadian-delivered version having the code 23P Driving Package?

23P is the Driver Assistance Package, which has nothing to do with the maximum speed. The standard electronically governed maximum speed is 155 mph (250 kph). This gets increased to 180 mph (290 kph) with option code 251. I don't know about Canada, but 251 is standard in the USA, at least for MY19,

The car's speedo shows higher than actual speeds. Most countries have laws that specify a car's speedo can never show less than actual speed, so car manufacturers calibrate them to show higher speeds. Tolerances can be as high as 5% higher than actual depending on the country.

That is the reason why I wrote "indicated". Actual Ground Speed (WGS84 - 10Hz GPS) was 285km/h (new Michelin PSS MO1). With worn out PSS, the limiter kicks in at 280km/h.

Are you talking about JMG? He is in Germany. I'm guessing you haven't yet had the pleasure of driving in Germany on the German Autobahn. That bit of rain is nothing. German Autobahns don't have standing water like the USA highways. The tarmac is somewhat porous for the water to sicker through. The sections that are known to become slippery in the rain have speed limits. As far as traffic goes, there is much more road discipline over there. Slower drivers stay to the right.

I have removed the speed limiter and I accelerated 0-309 kmh (192 mph) (on GPS). On the speedometer speed is 313 kmh (194,5 mph).

I didn't know 3.8 + 6.9 = 10.9
In all seriousness though, I'm assuming that's just rounding error or something similar. No big deal.

Indeed, in this video are the combined values of several of the best races. It's hard to get all the best at once!
