Is anyone else experiencing continuous remote start issues? I’ve tried many days in a row to remote start now and the app just spins and spins when I press the start up button. I called MB USA who were no help at all.

It works marginally at best. More of a novelty then anything else. Only place I could see using this is if you worked in an office building and had the car running. When you got to it, on a cold or hot day. I used send2benz in the ME app for some navigation yesterday. It took 5 minutes to get there. Additionally, I have login issues at times as well with the app just spinning.

My remote start has only ever worked one time and I was standing right in front of my car. If I try to start from inside the house, it just spins for five minutes before giving me an error message. Totally useless feature.

Yep. This sounds about right. Of course now the cold weather is over, so oh well.

sorry guys but unfortunately our cars are ancient.. no remote starter no heated steering wheel to get us through the winter

And that's just the way it should be. Pity you don't have to fiddle with a choke or carbs to start it...
