AMG GT Wheels on C63S coupe?

So I love the design of my twin 5 spoke wheels. They are a 19/19 inch setup however and I like the look of 19/20 inch staggered setup.

I noticed that the AMG GT has a very similar design in one of the wheel options and it’s in a 19/20 setup.

Does anyone know if those would fit on the C63 coupe?
Has anyone tried it?

I asked the same question some time ago. My assumption is that the offset is different, but I'm not sure if it different enough to make them unworkable. I too, really like the look of them. Silver with black background.

I asked the same question a few days ago. Only one response.

https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-c63s-...63s-coupe.html

What I can tell so far is the AMG wheels are 12" wide in the rear vs. 10.5" wide for the C63S rear wheels. Depending on the offset, those wider rear wheels may not fit within the wheel well.

Is there a post somewhere with the offsets? If so we could throw the measurements into an online calculator

yes and that looks good. But I’m looking specifically for the split 5 spoke design. On the C63 that is only a 19/19 setup unfortunately. But the GT has a split 5 spoke design in 19/20. I like the look of the split 5 spoke design. It’s also much easier to clean both the wheels and the calipers. I don’t envy you guys with the forged setup when I’m cleaning my wheels lol

I did some research on the specs between the two. it does look like the offsets are quite different. You might actually need spacers on the rear because of the offset and the front would poke way out.

Thanks for pulling all those specs into one place.

I was just playing with a wheel offset calculator and it was showing the following. I hope I've got this right

The front wheels would need spacers as they would be retracted into the wheel well by 37mm. It would need spacers of at least 30mm, maybe 35mm.

And the rear tires would lose about 8mm of inner clearance (which might be OK without spacers) but the wheels will poke out 30mm further than the original C63S wheels.

All that to say, I don't know if there's a feasible way to get the AMG GT wheels to fit without the C63S looking a little goofy because of how far out the rear wheels would poke.

You might be right on the specs. I’ll double check my entries on the calculator in the morning. To your point- either way the AMG GT wheels don’t look like they will work for our vehicles.

Honestly, I could very well be wrong too

By the way, what source did you use to find all the wheels specs? If you don't mind sharing.

It's probably a more cost effective option to look for similar design, aftermarket wheels.

if I recall correctly I looked it up on autorimshop.com

They often have OEM rims for sale with all their specs listed.
