Lowering/camber kit

Hi guys,

I am thinking of lowering my 2016 c63s coupe with a set of H&R 20mm lowering springs.

Can you post pictures of cars with these springs installed ?

Do I need a camber kit ? Normally I would just have the car aligned and camber/toe adjusted to minimise tyre wear but is this not sufficient on these cars ?

Christian :-)

You'll definitely need camber kit for the front... Rears should be fine

I wouldn't bother .... I have the bushings and I'm not impressed . They are installed correct , had 4 alignments done trying to get rid of an issue caused by the bushings where it tends to turn in on its own when going through a long curve at highway speed and they creak . They sent me another set of bushings saying they are updated but means I have to fork out hundreds of dollars more to replace them . I'm actually considering going back to stock bushings and just deal with replacing tires sooner , I only put on maybe 4000 miles a year . I'm never thought we would be test beds for their product while they try to sort issues out at our cost

I’d fit both front and rear K-Mac kits as you will wear your tyres prematurely even at standard height.

I’ve been running these kits for approximately 18 months with no issues at all.

I think the issues maybe due to the install of these kits...Kevin at K-Mac gave instruction to my race shop and that was it.

Weird that I was probably one of the first to fit these and honestly forgot they’re even in the car.

Get the K-Mac bushings, you will need them on a lowered car especially the fronts. My shop was able to get the fronts within factory specs with the bushings installed, and my car rides and handles much better. Also **** replacing tires every 3K miles that's just moronic even if you have money to blow.
