Going to DEALER 1st Time for several items, Any Advice?

Bringing 2017 C63/20K to Dealership. I booked an On-Line App for Tuesday. I may bring him a Lobster and a Case of Beer. The car has never been to Dealer so I want to establish a relationship and service record.

Issues I am addressing:
-3 Service Recalls not done, all minor he told me prior to buying, but need to be done.
-Silver Curved Small Trim Piece South of Wood by Dial is bubbled, they said they'd replace on phone.
-Wind Noise Drivers/Pass windows (may as well have them check it out since it's under warranty).
-Front Brakes are Squeaking all of a sudden, so I should get them checked out. I MAY not do work there as I know Brakes are $$$, BUT, maybe again to get it on the books once? I read Brake Pads are warranted for 24 months? My car may be just right about there.

I'm planning to install a EuroCharged Stage II Tune, so I want to get all my service recalls done prior. Anything I should have checked or any advice?

Thanks in advance Y'all!

Honestly, I wouldn't even sweat it. That's a lot for just establishing a relationship with a SA. I don't even think about it when I drop my car off for service (albeit, it's only been in 3 times total for scheduled maintenance). I haven't paid a cent out of pocket for any updates/fixes/diagnostic since it would be covered under the factory warranty (and luckily, I negotiated a free 3 year free maintenance plan when I pre-ordered the Coupe in 2016'). I'm just super nice and respectful to whatever SA I'm assigned, and I've always received exceptional service at the 3 dealers I've been to - MB of Boston, MB of Austin, and MB of Georgetown. All were very good to me.

How many miles do you have on your brakes? Mine squeak too with little pressure but then goes away when I apply more pressure. I have a little over 11k miles, original brakes/pads and recently had brake fluid replaced with my Service B. It's a fairly common occurrence with these brakes. Doesn't bother me since they don't squeak at crawling speeds or coming to a stop.

Alex, thanks brother very kind to respond. 20K on Brakes and YES, squeak on light pressure, NOT an HARD. Warranty Active thru Jun 14, 2021 or 50,000 miles. I read pads are free under warranty within 1st 24 months. I'll report back I appreciate it!

C63's been at dealer 2 days now. 1 of my 4 recalls was for replacing both FRONT BRAKE PADS. I couldn't believe it! The SA said he's never seen that before on an AMG, but my car was 1 of 36 cars eligible for that recall. REAR Pads needed to be done (at 2mm now) and quoted $680 with tax out the door ($612 after my 10% off discount). I thought that was steep, but I called a well respected independent shop, and they said $480 (probably without tax), so I was good with it.

That's ballpark for rear pads and labor. I think mine where ~$500 the last two times I had rear pads replaced. Just be lucky they don't want to also do rotors like 90+% of dealers want to do when pads wear out.

That being said, my front brakes make noise like you described, but if I rinse them out, the noise goes away. Make sure they are cold (have sat for a few hours after driving) and them hose the front calipers like crazy with a stream of hose water. The dust that comes off is crazy. And the squeak/chime will go away until them become dirty again.

Picked up C63 this afternoon and I left Happy! Brake pads on all 4 corners, Absolutely ZERO squeaks so far, so happy as it was bugging the S %}} out of me.
Fronts FREE & Rears $609.

Replaced with a New Silver Trim piece South Of Data Wheel that was peeling. FREE

Had Wind Noise front windows. I can’t believe it but they Replaced BOTH Front Windows with 2 Brand New sound deadening Windows. FREE

Completed my 3 remaining recalls, and
also updated and reprogrammed my ECU.

Checked my AC and did a Dye Test and drained and filled with new Freon or whatever it uses. FREE.

My my advisor said your Windows aren’t Tinted? $395 fro Me Stealership. Scheduled a 9am tomorrow to get car tinted with WINCOS tint for $169.

Lastly, my Eurocharged MyGenius should arrive next week and hope to have Tune installed by next weekend.

Which dealer? I’ve seriously never had a better experience than at MB of Austin. Jesse, the dedicated AMG SA, and Cody, the factory trained diagnostician, are awesome. Always above and beyond.

Looking to replace my wife’s Jag F Pace (because it’s a pile of ****) and seriously considering the new GLE for her; 75% of the decision is based on the dealership experience.

One of the main reasons I stick with MB/AMG is because of the service at my dealer here in Houston. If only more dealers realized we are there to get our cars serviced properly, not to lounge around and enjoy the gourmet coffee selection.

It was Park Place Grapevine, TX. My wife goes there, BUT it's a company car, so she doesn't pay for anything and doesn't really care. On the other hand, I am a cheap B$%^&*(). The front brakes I JUST GOT LUCKY, that's all and of course, I never expected brake pads under warranty. But the SA told me for wind noise the mechanic was going to do something else, and my guy said, NO here is what it is, replace the windows. I am just shocked the REPLACED BOTH front windows for some damn wind noise? That is what amazed me the most, I mean who does that?

I'll share A little SECRET in case this helps Others, but you guys may know this?. I found a 15% Off coupon at a Plano, TX Benz Dealer and sent to my advisor, I was shocked that they wouldn't match it or even allow me to use it. However, my guy said if you sign up for MBCA, you get 10% off all parts and labor for a year. So I signed up, $50 Annually, texted him my Member #, and I got $90 off the Tab. And it's good for anything at the dealership. Not ALL Dealers are aligned with MBCA and offer the discount, you just have to ask your Dealership.

Off right now to get my Windows Tinted. Thanks Y'all

With your MBCA membership, you also get $500 off the purchase/lease of a new vehicle. Most dealers are unaware of it, but it works.

Got windows tinted today and told tinter MB replaced both front windows.

Later he he called me over and said, did you say they replaced both front your windows? I was like Ya, why.

He said it looks like they didn’t line up the trim on door right on Both Sides, it’s basically on the door speaker part.

Things happen, but I’m going to tell and show my SA at the Dealer. Pics of both sides. I may try to pop it in myself, just don’t want to break anything.
