With 5 tickets to contest, I'd consider hiring a real lawyer. Could pay off in the long run. You don't want all that on your insurance record.

Well at least the window tint infraction should be easy to fight how could he possibly know the tint was beyond the state limits if he didn't do a test? A good lawyer could use that to challenge his credibility. I'm not even close to being a lawyer but seems like a no-brainer on that one.

. But the officer was so pissed. My friend recorded the whole thing. Loved how he gave me a tint ticket even though ALL the windows were down and he didn’t even test it. CAR UPDATE
thank you again everyone for the help. I will be doing a review of the new tune and some other problems that I found out that was also from the first crap install of the dinan tune from the “bmw specialist”. I been traveling so I haven’t got to play with the car much but my friend has and he’s loving it. Will be back next month to give the other updates and the review of tune and videos of course. Also might pick up some mods for the car.

Thanks for the help. So my license is a pa one of course I’m going to fight it but any points from NJ dont transfer over to PA which is great . But the officer was so pissed. My friend recorded the whole thing. Loved how he gave me a tint ticket even though ALL the windows were down and he didn’t even test it.

my lawyer told me not to sadly but after the case i will. i been out of the country and my court date is actually this week friday. the car after the failed installation of the dinan tune by a bmw guy even with Elite mojors in lodi nj fixing everything it still idles funny. with the Dme tune i had to detune it and get some service done to it before it got retune. the spark plugs and coils need to be changed out due to misfires. i been out of the country for around 6 weeks now and just really got the car back in use. i also had the dealer fix a Electronic Rear Axle Differential Lock Inoperative recently. this was even before the failed install of the dinan which was months ago. Now even though i told paramus mercedes in nj to do that plus a service on my car they only did the diff problem which seem like it is fixed. I didnt get to ask my service advisor there what really happen. I do need brake pads once again though -___-. I did retune the car since last week and it been running fine. i want to do a full month testing before i post a review for everyone. But mo from DME tuning and especially Golan from AutoTalent are really great people to work with. But thank you everyone for the help on this car and everyone input again.

Im going to be doing the servicing at a private shop that i work with. then he will also check break wear. the last time i was at mercedes they did say i need rear brake pads. also needed rear tires but thats fine for now. mainly the pads because i dont want to cause anything to the rotor which are super expensive especially the rears. btw i have the red calipers so not the ceramics.

This thread is nuts. Piggy Backs are a thing of the past IMO. Why wouldn’t someone want the ability to add and remove a tune in your garage in 6 minutes. So much easier.
sorry for your struggle. I just got a EC Stage 2 on my 2017 C63 Sedan. I really love it. Some had issues with EC but mines been good.
I would love to Dyno It to check AF Ratios and also to see what I’m picking up.
all I have to do is swap back to stock and dyno, then add Stage 2 to see the differences.
