Hi all , I need some help finding a part number. I went to MB and me the parts guy and parts manager could not find this in the system or part number. I don’t know the correct name for it but it’s the rubber connector that connects to the inlet of the turbo and connects to the intake box tube
if you had a pic that was wider view, so I could get a better grasp at what I am looking at, I could dig alittle deeper.. I am in my office, so cant go out and look under my hood at moment.
That hose, needs to be FKM ,I see that ... (for the heat)

If I had to guess, I would call it a " compensation hose, or compensation ring "
I am no mechanic ,nor close to one.. after looking at some others , that had turbo jobs done, etc , or air filters modified, I see that they replaced those with NEW HOSES.
Ok I found it after calling Renntech and talking to them . It’s part number 177-010-29-00. Thanks for all the help
$150+ dollars ??? heck no on my end, I would get some bad *** RED or BLUE, pipe and cut to size and ball it out... holy smokes... that thing is expensive!!

lucky that missing piece of rubber didn’t go into your engine! The new boots have a warning on them and a torque spec
