This really is a no brainer mod!

Does it need to be activated every time you enter the car or will it stay activated until you deactivate it.
Also if anyone has a video with the ASR module on a facelift c63s please share it! I'm interested in purchasing but would like to hear it first!
Thanks!

I spoke to the ASR module guys and the rx2 is fully programmable and is confirmed to work on 2019. I’ve got a UK spec and have ordered one (they’re £299, not a huge cost in the grand scheme owning an AMG) so I’ll let you know when I have it and tested.
Problem with videos is its impossible to gather what it sounds like and I feel that about the car generally. People on here complain about the sound on the 2019 but when you’re in the driving seat and feel the thunder through your bones it sounds absolutely phenomenal to me. Crackles and pops on demand would be nice but would require extensive work that I’d be worried about with a warranty that is likely to be needed for one reason or another).
👍

As far as sound... I believe on the 2017 it makes a big difference in low rpms. What I would say is that on the 2019 it is hard to my ears to tell any difference from when the OEM dash exhaust button is pushed. My thoughts are that on the 2019 because the car is so quiet anyway that pushing the OEM dash factory button opens the valves all the time anyway.
So overall it’s better and I more convenient plug and play mod and it means your exhaust is always as loud as it can be. But in volume (or theatrics) there’s little to no difference to me and I drive with the windows down all the time!

The sound is much louder and deeper between 1k and 3k RPM in both comfort and S+.
From 3k to 4k RPM in S+ I think it’s a bit louder but it’s really hard to tell.
Above 4k there’s no change as expected.
I’m on the fence as to whether it’s really worth it to be honest, but when you’re going under 35mph on residential roads it does sound better.
