Front Bumper

Hello,

I managed to get some rock chips on the gloss black ornamental trim on my front bumper. 😭 I was hoping to find the most cost effective way to repair it. Does anyone know if they sell touch up paint for our trim pieces? I looked at purchasing a new piece but it’s $600 and at that I might as well get it repainted.

I know it’s standard wear and tear and chips will happen but it’s killing me inside as my C only has 1700 miles.

Any insight?

Thanks in advance

Relax lol, it’s a car. It’s meant to be driven and to be outside. I personally think there is beauty in something that is loved and used rather locked up in a safe or garage. You’ll find similar sentiment with many watch enthusiasts.

In fact, better that it happened earlier than later. You can now get to truly enjoy your car without worrying about it. I saw someone recently purposely scratch their rocker panel upon delivery just to get it over with.

Also go take a look at any number of supercars that are actually driven. Same wear and tear marks. Gives the car some character

On the other hand if you do decide to do something about it I can sell you mine for $250 since I replaced mine with CF.
