2019 C63s no longer needs post-break-in rear diff oil change?
My 2019 C63s sedan just hit 2000K miles. I called the dealer service coordinator to schedule my rear differential oil change, and was told that on the 2019 C63s a rear differential oil change is no longer needed after the break-in period. He said that the new differential no longer required an oil change after break in.
Anyone else here have a 2019 C63s and can confirm or deny this? Any supporting documentation would help greatly.

The current online AMG owners manual supplement still says to change it after 2K miles. I'd rely on that rather than your local service advisor, unless he can produce a factory document or service bulletin to support his position

Does you car have a sticker on the top right hand corner? If you bought it new, it should and it says that you need to change the diff oil. I did it, and let me say that after seeing what came out, you DO want it changed along with your engine oil.

It does however include a QR code and invitation to join the AMG Private Lounge, haha.

The rear differential fluid change is NOT free and not priced into the car. The owner's manual states the rear differential fluid is to be changed at 2,000 miles and my dealership Service Manager confirmed it. I had my fluid changed at 2,000 miles per the manual.

Exactly, and in addition, I would question the service advisor's training since he is personally countermanding the owner's manual. If one did happen to have a rear differential failure and if the owner had failed to have the required fluid change would the failure be covered by the warranty?

It's on Page 13 of the current manual on MBUSA website. You can access it in the Owners Support section of the MBUSA website under the C-Class Coupe section. It goes along with the standard C-Class manual and has AMG model specific details.

I called up my dealer to set it up and they went ahead and put me in the books. When I got there they started saying I don't need it but then the service advisor looked in the computer and told me I actually do.
On the phone they'll be quick to say no but supposedly its in the system.

This topic has a lot of miles on it, My service advisor looked it up and showed me the requirement that it be done. This was two months ago and I had it done. I no longer care if it was required or not. Compared to the price of the car, the service is relatively inexpensive.

Mine was delivered on the 31st of May this year. I had an email from Mercedes-Benz UK confirming I still needed it and I'm actually booked in for the work this morning. The dealership confirmed that I still needed it too.

Just wanted to clarify as I was confused by your wording: there is a supplemental owner's manual, beyond the standard C-class owner's manual, called the "Mercedes-AMG Supplement". This appears in that manual, not the standard C-class owner's manual.

I dropped off my 2019 C63s at the dealer this morning to have the rear diff fluid changed. They remain adamant that it is no longer required for any C63 AMG 2019 or beyond. FWIW, this is the same response given on the AMG Private Lounge Forum.
I will be paying $250 for the service, and I asked that they save the fluid that they're replacing for me to inspect. We'll see what it looks like and what contaminants are or aren't present. Either way, maybe I can help put this issue to rest.

So here are two photos of the differential fluid that my service advisor saved for me in a plastic coke bottle. He said that this was some of the first fluid to come out.
I tried to get some decent pictures. This is as good as I was able to capture with my cell phone. If anyone cares, I still have the sample and can maybe pour it out on a plate to show a better representation of what is in it.
The fluid still had a thin consistency, and did not have any pieces of metal that were large enough to visibly identify. My service advisor did mention that the fluid was kind of "stinky," so of course I smelled it. Not sure how best to describe it, though, since I'm not sure what fresh diff fluid is supposed to smell like.
I'm not a mechanic, so I'll let you all render your opinions on whether changing out this fluid was a good decision or worth my $250.
This is after I "swirled" the bottle a bit to see what may stick to the side. The fluid is a bit darker than how it appears here. Maybe some air in it.
Again, trying to show what sticks to the side after "rolling" the fluid around the bottle.

That's not metal, it's clutch material. It's the reason the fluid is replaced after break-in. No idea about the "no fluid change" instructions. Mine was changed on the pre-paid maintenance, no questions asked.

I'm based in the UK, and my dealer has confirmed the following:
- The rear diff oil is still recommended by MB for 2019 C63 models, and hence should be undertaken.
- They do this for free, and then claim it back from MB under warranty - they've never had a problem doing this.
