does anyone know one that fits this car. one that will fit into the factory jacking point and then be used with a regular hydraulic jack. all the ones i see online are for the w204 and the ones that say fit all mercedes don’t fit the AMG C63 according to the reviews. need ones for 2018 AMG C63s coupe. even if its a mercedes oem tool does anyone have a part number?

that one says w205, it doesn’t specify AMG. looking at reviews of other ones for the w205 don’t seem to work for the C63 so when yours arrive post confirmation that it works on the C63. Thanks

The only thing different in the W205 AMG and non-AMG is that the side skirts typically extend past the receptacle for the pad. Thus, you need to order the extension as well. My link was just to the website. I did a lot of research before ordering this, and based on that see no reason why it won't work, but I'll let you know. It shipped yesterday, so hope to have it by the weekend.

On UK EBay I couldn’t see the extension bit. So I asked how to order that. Here is their reply (reverselogic). So I’d be interested to know if you definitely need it.


“Some of the newer MB chassis with the AMG side skirts no longer require the spacer. You can determine this empirically by holding an object up against the jack point. If this object (block of wood, cardboard, book, etc) does not contact the side skirt, then you won't need the spacers”.

I did not try that, but just ordered the spacer because it was only $15. Better to have it and not need it for that cost rather than order without and find out I need it, in my mind. It's removable as needed.

Once I get the thing, I'll post a pic of how it fits.

Here is the Reverse Logic pad for W205 with AMG spacer.

It appears the spacer is not needed, but I'm good with extra room. The spacer is removable and the shorter bolt and pin are supplied.

So if you’re using the jack pad adapter on the jack point with a floor jack, where are you putting your stands?

Won't ever do anything requiring stands, so not a concern for me.

Yes, but don't foresee a need take off two at the same time with this car. If I ever want to do so, I would likely get the adapter and use my JackPoint stands.

I've put my Jeep on 4 stands many times.
